Warranty

Every Casa Tierra piece carries a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. All items pass a quality inspection before they leave us.

Defects

If a manufacturing defect appears, we inspect the piece and repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 1 day of receiving your order. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone with your order number.
