Ordering a custom piece is simpler than most people expect. Here is how it works, step by step.
1. Tell us what you need
Send us the piece you like (or the idea), your measurements and a photo of the space through the Bespoke page or on WhatsApp. If you are a designer or developer, use the Trade page.
2. We confirm the details
Together we settle the size, fabric and finish, and you get a clear price before anything is made.
3. Made to order in Cairo
Your piece is built in our Cairo workshop from solid wood and natural materials.
4. Delivery
Delivery across Egypt takes 10–15 working days. Delivery fees start from EGP 5,000, or you can arrange your own transport. For orders from abroad, we send you a shipping quote.
5. After delivery
Every piece comes with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects, and our care guide keeps it looking its best.
